Orderpicker
Are you physically strong, reliable, and ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced logistics environment? We’re looking for motivated Order Pickers to work full-time (36–40 hours per week) in a modern distribution center located in Weert, the Netherlands.
You can earn between €15.31 and €16.35 per hour, with additional shift bonuses for evening, night, and weekend work. We are currently hiring people for both the HR (dry goods) and AGF (fresh produce) departments. Interested? Read on!
As an Order Picker, you are responsible for preparing goods for delivery using modern equipment and systems. The work takes place in a cooled warehouse (approximately 10°C), where accuracy and speed are key.
Your tasks include:
- picking orders using an electric pallet truck;
- following voice instructions via headset (English system);
- checking product quantities and quality;
- stacking and wrapping pallets for shipment;
- keeping a steady pace while ensuring order accuracy;
You will be scheduled to work five days per week, Monday through Sunday, in one of the following shifts:
- 13:00 – 22:00;
- 17:00 – 00:00 (or until the work is done, often around 01:00–02:00).
You may be placed on either the HR department (non-perishable items) or AGF department (fresh produce), depending on your profile and operational needs.

Monday–Friday (20:00–22:00): +25%
Monday–Friday (22:00–06:00): +50%
Saturday (06:00–18:00): +30%
Saturday (18:00–06:00): +50%
Sunday: +50%

- valid driver’s license and willing to transport colleagues when needed;
- flexible availability, including weekends and overtime;
- open to changes in daily tasks and work areas.
Important:
- no holidays allowed during Easter and Christmas;

A distribution center is similar to a warehouse but is more focused on the rapid processing and forwarding of goods. It plays a crucial role in the supply chain by ensuring that products from different suppliers are efficiently collected, sorted and delivered to their final destination.
